Tandoori chicken is a popular Indian dish that is marinated in yogurt and spices. The name is derived from the traditional way of cooking the chicken in a claypot called Tandoor. In this recipe, I'll show you a simple way of recreating the dish using only an oven.
1.
Preheat your oven to 200°C then cut your chicken breast into cubes and add it into a bowl along with the cumin, turmeric, paprika and yogurt.
2.
Mix it all together nicely and leave to marinate.
3.
Sprinkle garam masala onto the tomatoes.
4.
Lightly oil a baking tray and arrange the onions and peppers evenly. Then add the chicken cubes and finally the tomatoes on top.
5.
