Strawberry Cream Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are the quickest and easiest meal prep recipe! I love this one with strawberries and cream which reminds me of my favourite frappuccino when I was a teenager!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, diced 
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • Milk of choice 
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt 

Instructions

Step 1

Mush your strawberries with a fork or even use a blender.

Step 2

Add to an airtight container with the oats, chia seeds, vanilla extract and enough milk to fully cover and saturate everything.

Step 3

Mix to combine.

Step 4

Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to overnight.

Step 5

Add your greek yogurt on top and more cut strawberries if desired.
