If you can’t tell, I love anti-inflammatory ingredients so this is a fun, yummy and refreshing anti-inflammatory drink! Feel free to mix it up to suit your tastes and preferences!

Ingredients
  • ½ a lemon
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • A few sprigs of mint
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1.

In a glass, squeeze half a small lemon. Add a tsp of chopped ginger, a few sprigs of mint and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar.

Stir it all up with a spoon or straw so it all infuses nicely.

Pour sparkling water over the top. Stir and then let it sit and infuse.

Enjoy cold with ice!

Tip

When buying apple cider vinegar, try to always buy one that says 'with the mother' on the label, as it has increased health benefits.
