I really love Japanese flavours and this grilled tuna steak cooks really quickly and is so healthy! I feel quite fancy eating seared tuna at home so it’s definitely a great date night dish.

Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar and lemon juice.

Marinate your fish with this mixture for at least half an hour.

Heat a grill pan to medium high heat and add a drizzle of oil (1½ tbsp) to coat the pan.

Remove the fish from the marinade and cover each side with sesame seeds.
5.
Sear the tuna for about 1.5 minutes each side. Cook for longer if you like your tuna more well done.

Serve with green vegetables.
