I love cooking scallops at home because it feels so fancy and special! They are so easy and quick to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
- About 200g Scallops
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
Step 1
Pat your scallops dry with a paper towel and then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat.
Step 3
Once the oil is very hot, add the scallops and don’t touch them for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the butter, flip the scallops and allow to cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
They should have a nice brown sear on the tops.
