My go-to recipe when I'm craving a sandwich!!
1.
Blanch your leaf in boiling water for about 15 seconds.

Remove and pat dry.

Cut the hardest part of the stem out. (About half way up the leaf through the centre)

Add your ingredients to the top centre part of the leaf and then wrap your leaf.
5.
To wrap your leaf, take the bottom two sections (either side of the part you cut out) up and across each other so that there is no hole anymore.
6.
Then tuck the sides in and roll upwards towards the top, flip over and cut in half.
