Quick Stir Fried Spinach

Ingredients

  • 3 whole bunches of spinach
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Wash spinach and pat dry to remove excess water

Step 2

Heat wok on medium high heat for 1 minute. Add oil and heat for another minute

Step 3

Add garlic and stir fry until light golden brown, about 30 seconds

Step 4

Add spinach and stir fry for 2 – 3 minutes until spinach starts to wilt and soften

Step 5

Add salt and pepper to taste

Step 6

Serve spinach immediately
