Miso Green Beans

Ingredients
- About 225g green beans
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp white miso
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180c.
Step 2
Toss the green beans in 1 tsp of olive oil and place on a baking tray. Cook in the oven for about 15 mins.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix together all the other ingredients.
Step 4
Drizzle the miso dressing over the roasted green beans and serve.
