Mini Pie Crusts
These are so tasty and give you the taste of pie! I love to top a casserole or stew with them so give that "pie" or "pasty" taste.

Ingredients
- 1 egg, whisked
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour or arrowroot flour
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 170c.
Step 2
Mix all of the ingredients together. It should create a smooth but firm texture. If not smooth enough, add more melted butter.
Step 3
Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
Step 4
Separate the mixture into balls about 3cm wide and then flatten slightly. Place them on the baking tray.
Step 5
Bake for about 15 minutes when they will be slightly golden on the edges.
