Heat a large pan oven medium high heat. Add the olive oil

Once hot, add the onion and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring to avoid sticking

Then add the garlic and aubergine and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring to avoid sticking

Add the beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon

Add the cabbage, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Stir to combine

Cook for another 8 minutes

Mix together the greek yogurt, tahini, garlic powder, cumin, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl

Serve the beef and aubergine with the yogurt mixture
