A very simple and healthy dish bursting with flavour

Boil water with all ingredients except chilies and okra.

When the water boils, add the fish and lower the heat to a simmer (So the fish doesn't not break up). Add salt and adjust the taste.

Once the fish is cooked (about 8 mins) add the okra and chilli and let it soften (About 2 mins).
