Lemon Garlic White Fish
An easy and delicious fish recipe with only a few ingredients!

Ingredients
- 2 fillets of white fish
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 lemons, 1 sliced, 1 juiced
- Parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Season the fish with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat a large pan over medium high heat.
Step 3
Add the butter and olive oil.
Step 4
Once hot, add the fish and cook for about 3-5 mins each side.
Step 5
Remove the fillet onto a plate.
Step 6
Add the garlic, lemon slices and juice, and a little minced parsley. Stir to prevent sticking.
Step 7
After about 2 mins, take the pan off the heat and pour the sauce over the fish.
Step 8
Add extra parsley to serve.
