Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oats
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 1.5 cups milk of choice (or more if necessary)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 scoop unsweetened collagen protein or protein powder (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the items together and place in an airtight container. Add more milk if the oats are not saturated.
Step 2
Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours to overnight.
Step 3
Enjoy cold or warm.
