Melt the chocolate in a microwave (for 30 seconds at a time) or using a double boiler until it is complete melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until it forms soft peaks.

Gradually add the honey to the whipped cream, whipping until it's well incorporated.

Add the spices and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix until evenly disturbed.

Gently fold in the Greek yogurt.

Gently fold the melted chocolate into the spiced cream and yogurt mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.

Divide the mousse into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
