Herby Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs 
  • 1 large handful parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 large handful basil, finely chopped
  • 6 cloves of garlic, 2 minced and 4 smashed 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200c.

Step 2

Mix together the parsley, basil, minced garlic and olive oil.

Step 3

Rub all over the chicken thighs and arrange on a baking tray with the smashed garlic around them.

Step 4

Place chicken in the oven for about 40 minutes.
