Grilled Cabbage

This dish totally changed my opinion on cabbage. It gives you a nice crispy char with a soft juicy inner layer.
Ingredients
  • 1 cabbage
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
1.
Cut you cabbage into large chunks (keeping the core in will help hold some pieces together).

Rub oil over the chunks of cabbage and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Heat a grill pan to medium high heat, and add the cabbage when hot.

Flip the cabbage about every 5-7 minutes to get a nice char on every side.

Tip
Don’t worry if the chunks come apart a little, it will still taste great!
