Season your lamb with salt and pepper.

Heat the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Once it’s all melted, add the lamb and cook until browned and cooked through. Aim for about 4 minutes per side.

Remove lamb and add the garlic. Cook for about a minute and then pour garlic butter over the lamb

Add the chopped parsley on top and serve with some steamed vegetables.
