In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients.

For the fish, rub the fillets with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Heat a pan over medium high heat.

Once hot add the fish and cook for about 3 minutes skin side down and then flip, and cook another minute or so.
5.
Serve the fish with your sauce, and perhaps a side of vegetables and a low carb pasta option.
