Deviled Eggs

This is a very traditional American appetiser but also such a delicious lunch or side, that can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley (or your favourite herb)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Add eggs to a pot of boiling water and cook until hard boiled, about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Remove from water and peel. Cut eggs in half and remove yolks.

Step 3

Add the yolks to all the other ingredients and mix until combined.

Step 4

Put the mixture back into the whites with a spoon or piping back and garnish with extra paprika.
