Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

A delicious side that’s an alternative to the soggy boiled sprouts that I never touched as a child!
Ingredients
  • 300g Brussels sprouts 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese (or vegan parmesan)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 200c.
2.
Boil the Brussels sprouts in a pot of hot water for about 10 minutes.
3.
Place in a baking tray and take a wooden spoon or any hard surface to smash them down a little bit.

All all other ingredients and mix to combine.

Roast for about 30 mins.
