One of the simplest recipes but still full of flavour and Chinese influence

Season your chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Once hot, brown the chicken and then set aside.

Turn the pan down to medium low/ Add the ginger, spring onion, and garlic to the pan and cook whilst stirring for a couple of minutes until you have a nice aroma.

Turn the pan back up to medium, and add the chicken back in, as well as the chicken stock, soy sauce, and green beans. Stir to combine.
5.
Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes when the liquid should have reduced. If you prefer a thicker texture, you can add a small amount of cornflour or arrowroot mixed with cold water.
