A super easy dinner where you throw everything on a tray!
1.
Either use one large tray or two regular trays. If using two regular baking trays, separate all ingredients equally between them.

Preheat the oven to 180c.

Drizzle olive oil onto the bottom of the tray. Then add the chicken thighs.
4.
Add the chorizo and then onion, allowing them to be spread evenly across the tray.
5.
Add the herb seasoning and lemon juice evening and mix to combine.
6.
Place in the oven for about 50mins when the chicken should be cooked through and crispy. Do check often to make sure it doesn’t burn.

Serve with salad or vegetables.
