An easy stir fry for a weeknight dinner

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat.

Toss the chicken in the garlic and onion powders.

Once the oil is very hot, add the chicken and cook for about 5 mins when browned and mostly cooked through.

Add the broccoli florets and cook, stirring to ensure even cooking, for about 4 minutes.
5.
Mix together all of the other ingredients and then add to the pan. Cook, stirring to combine, for about 2-3 more minutes.
