Combine all of the ingredients apart from the skirt steak.

Set aside 1/4 cup of the sauce for later, and then marinate the skirt steak in the rest of the sauce.

Marinate in the fridge for at least 3 hours to overnight.

Heat a grill pan to medium high heat. Once searing hot, add the skirt steak without any excess liquid.
5.
Cook for about 5 minutes each side for medium.
6.
Pour the reserved sauce over the steak and serve with vegetables.
