Cut out the hard core of the cabbage so you have just leaves left.

Blanch your cabbage leaves in boiling water for 1 minute. Remove, and then cut out all the hard bits so you have half leaves left.

Mix together all the other ingredients in a bowl to make the filling. Add the filling to each half cabbage leaf and then wrap around.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the dumplings and cook until browned on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.

Add about 3 tbsp of water, close the lid and let them steam for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the dipping sauce ingredients together. Serve dumplings with the dipping sauce.
