Buffalo Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a super healthy, nutritious food but there are a lot of really delicious ways to eat it without having it covered in cheese. I made this side dish for a recent bbq and this was the first thing to disappear! A lot of people were asking me for the recipe afterwards!
Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup Buffalo hot sauce (or any hot sauce you like that doesn’t contain sugar)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
2.
Toss your cauliflower with the oil, salt and pepper in a baking dish.
3.
Roast for about 20 minutes.
4.
Remove the dish and add the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, paprika and mix to thoroughly combine.
5.
Place the dish back in the oven for 10 more minutes.
6.
Serve as a side to your main meal.
