I love halibut but you can use whichever white fish you prefer or can buy easily. The spices i have selected here give it a lovely kick and I love to try to get a crispy skin as well!

Preheat oven to 180c.

Mix all the spices together and then season your fish on both sides with the mixture and salt.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the fish skin side up and cook for about 1 ½ minutes.

Flip the fish over using a spatula and cook for another minute or so.

Transfer the fish to a baking dish and bake for about 5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. When cooked, it will be flaky and no longer transluscent. Serve with vegetables.
