Berry frozen yogurt

A delicious healthy frozen yogurt recipe that you can make at home in 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 400g mixed frozen berries (I used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries)
  • About 1/2 cup greek yogurt (more or less to your texture preference)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional - omit for first 12 weeks)

Instructions

Step 1

Add your fruit to a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Blend whilst adding the yogurt a few tablespoons at a time to reach your desired consistency.

Step 3

Stop the machine often to manually move the fruit around and make sure it's fully blended.

Step 4

Serve immediately for the creamiest texture or place in freezer for later.
