Baked Salmon Two Ways

I love a quick dish that has minimal cleanup! This meal can be served in about 15 minutes and it's full of protein and healthy fats.
Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

For Lemon & Herbs:

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper

For Soy & Ginger:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • A few slices of ginger (or you can mince it)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180°C.

Option 1: Place salmon on foil and rub with oil, salt and pepper. Cover with italian herbs and slices of lemon.

Option 2: Mix together all the ingredients. Place salmon on foil and cover with sauce.

Bake for about 12 minutes (or longer if you prefer more well done).
