Baked Eggs

This is a great way to eat eggs differently. They are quick and easy to make and a chance to get some good anti-inflammatory ingredients in as well!

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 3 tbsp grated cheddar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180c.

Step 2

Lightly grease 2 ovenproof ramekins or small baking dishes with a little oil.

Step 3

Mix all the ingredients together and divide between two ramekin dishes

Step 4

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Then serve straight away.
