Monica Sikora is a personal trainer with over 10 years of experience, helping people with chronic conditions improve their strength and confidence. Along with Roczen, she has created exercise routines and tips to support everyone’s fitness journey.

10 Movement Categories

You'll be spoilt for choice with 10 new movement categories, ranging from Chair Mobility and Chair Strength to Bodyweight Strength and Yoga. This diverse selection is designed to offer exercises for every mood and need, helping you move in ways that feel right for you!

Multi-level Routines

Each movement category offers two levels of difficulty to suit your progress. We recommend beginning with Level 1 before moving on to a higher level. Remember, it's important to pace yourself and avoid pushing too hard when you're just starting out!
