This simple guide will help to aid you with the natural fats in your diet

A general rule of thumb:

Try to avoid including more than 3 servings of fats per meal, and try to have no more than one serving of any individual fat source per meal. 

Example meal:

Cheese and avocado salad for meal, with greek yogurt and berries for dessert.

A note on meat:

  • We advise cutting all visible fat off of animal meat
  • Try to reduce red meats to no more than twice per week
