Chair Mobility
Objectives

This workout aims to help you to improve overall mobility and flexibility, using the safety of a chair. It combines static and active stretches and focuses on improving mobility in the neck, shoulders, back, hips and legs. It’s suitable for all levels of fitness, whether you are new to stretching, or want to increase your current level of flexibility.
