My favourite protein smoothie

More likely than not, my first meal of the day is a protein smoothie. It is the perfect balanced meal and so easy to make. Sometimes I even have one for dinner or whenever I’m on the go and don’t want to be tempted by something that won’t help my goals.

Bahan-bahan
  • 1 cup milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries 
  • 100g greek yogurt or 1.5-2 scoops of a clean unflavoured protein powder (such as vital proteins collagen peptides if you've been advised to increase protein intake with powder) 
Needed kitchenware
  • Blender

Throw all of your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
