Instructions
Standing Chest Stretch
Step 1
Keep your feet just wider than hip width apart (or a comfortable distance for you)
Step 2
Lift your arms straight up in-front of you to shoulder height and link your hands together
Step 3
Gently stretch your hands away from your body, allowing your shoulder blades to come apart and stretch your upper back
Step 4
Hold this for 10-15 seconds then relax and return to your starting position
Upper Back Stretch
Step 1
Keep your feet just wider than hip width apart (or a comfortable distance for you)
Step 2
Put your hands behind you back. Option one is to link your hands together, option two is to push your hands together as close as you can without linking them
Step 3
Gently stretch your hands away from your body behind you. If this feels ok you can lift them up as high as is comfortable behind your back
Step 4
You’ll feel a stretch in your shoulders and/or chest
Step 5
Hold this for 10-15 seconds then relax and return to your starting position
