Objectives

This routine aims to build strength and muscle awareness using resistance bands. It is ideal for beginners or those returning to exercise with minimal equipment. By focusing on controlled movements, this will enhance flexibility, stability and endurance while activating key muscle groups. This session also prepares participants for progression to Level Two.
