Objectives

This routine is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of passive stretching in a yoga style. It will emphasise relaxation, mindful breathing and gentle movement to help release tension in the body and calm the mind. By focusing on proper breathing techniques and slow, deliberate stretches, you also prepare your body for deeper levels of practice. This is perfect for unwinding after a busy day or easing into a stretching routine.
