Chair Mobility
Objectives

This chair mobility workout focuses on increased mobility and whole body flexibility. The exercises are a progression of Level One with increased intensity and the addition of two new stretches.  It’s suitable for all levels of fitness, whether you are new to stretching, or want to increase your current level of flexibility. Listen to your body and do what feels right for you, take it gently and have breaks as and when you need to.

  • Sturdy chair (e.g. dining chair)
