Objectives

This mixed focus routine aims to improve overall fitness through a combination of cardio and strength exercises. By alternating between upper and lower body strength moves and cardio intervals, it enhances cardiovascular health, builds muscle strength, and improves endurance. The structured format promotes proper technique, making it ideal for beginners or those returning to exercise. Listen to your body, do only what feels right for you and take breaks as and when you need to.
