Turkey burgers with spinach and feta
A twist on a classic turkey burger! I love turkey mince because it is a very lean and fairly inexpensive protein! I know in the UK we tend to only eat turkey at Christmas, but it really is such a versatile protein that you can use all year round!

Ingredients
- 500g minced turkey
- 100g crumbled feta
- 50g spinach, chopped finely
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 1 tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients other than the oil.
Step 2
Heat a large pan with a small amount of oil over medium high heat.
Step 3
Make round patty shapes with your hands and then pop into the pan.
Step 4
Cook until browned and cooked through - about 5 minutes each side.
