A twist on a classic turkey burger! I love turkey mince because it is a very lean and fairly inexpensive protein! I know in the UK we tend to only eat turkey at Christmas, but it really is such a versatile protein that you can use all year round!

Ingredients
  • 500g minced turkey
  • 100g crumbled feta
  • 50g spinach, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
Needed kitchenware
