Summer sparkling iced tea
This was my attempt at making a summer drink that would be a low carb, non-alcoholic take on the classic Pimm's cup

Ingredients
- 2-3 roobois tea bags
- large handful of mint
- 1/4 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 orange, sliced
- 1/2 apple, sliced
- 1 cup sparkling water (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Boil water to fill a large jug and add 2-3 tea bags.
Step 2
Allow to brew for 5 mins and then allow to cool and refrigerate.
Step 3
Once cold, add in your fruit and mint, stir to combine, and then place back in the refrigerator.
Step 4
When ready to serve, add ice and sparkling water if you want to make it a sparkling iced tea.
