Classic Dishes
Spinach and Artichoke Dip

A healthier version of the classic American dip!

Ingredients
  • 150g frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained 
  • 30g grated Parmesan
  • 100g grated mozzarella 
  • 300g Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1.

Preheat oven to 180c.

2.

Strain as much of the water out of the spinach as possible.

3.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix to combine.

4.

Bake in an ovenproof dish for about 30 minutes.

Eat with crudités.
