Spicy Tomato Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
- 200g raw shrimp
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- 1 packet of barenaked noodles (or konica noodle, or spiralled courgette)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup of basil
Instructions
Step 1
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a deep pan over medium high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp and allow to cook, about 2 mins each side
Step 3
Remove from pan and then add the garlic and chili pepper.
Step 4
Allow to cook for a minute and then add the noodles.
Step 5
Cook for another minute or two, and then add the tomatoes and tinned tomatoes.
Step 6
Cook for another couple of minutes and then add back in the shrimp, and also add the basil. Stir to combine and serve.
