"Scones" with strawberries and cream

Classic Dishes
Ingredients
- 190g oat flour (make by grinding oats in a blender)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 180g Greek yogurtÂ
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp maple syrupÂ
- To serve: more greek yogurt and diced strawberries
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 175c.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the oat flour and baking powder. Then mix in the greek yogurt, vanilla and maple until fully combined.
Step 3
Take a baking tray and add parchment paper.
Step 4
Create 6 balls from your "dough" and flatten slightly with your palm. (Wetting your hands makes the mixture easier to work with)
Step 5
Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Step 6
Serve warm with strawberries and greek yogurt. Keep leftovers in an airtight container.
