Peanut Sesame Salad Dressing

An easy Japanese inspired salad dressing that adds lots of flavour

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 3 tsp rice wine vinegar 
  • 1 tsp sriracha 
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed or minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated or minced
  • Juice of 1 lime 
  • 1 tsp honey (optional - omit for first 12 weeks)
  • Water to thin if desired

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Add water if you would prefer a thinner consistency.

Tip

I did a mixed leaf and cabbage salad, but use whatever leaves and toppings you prefer.
