This is one of my favourite dishes to get in a restaurant but they are so easy to make at home!
1.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium high heat.

Add the peppers and a generous amount of salt.
3.
Once they blister and become soft, flip and cook on the other side. It's about 3-4 mins per side.
4.
They are ready when soft and blistered. Serve with additional salt to taste.
