Ingredients
Dough
- 200g oat flour (can make my throwing oats in a blender)
- 8 egg whites
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Toppings
- 1 can of Passata or tomato purée
- 250g mozzarella, cut or torn
- A large handful of chopped tomatoes
- A handful of basil, torn
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180c.
Step 2
Mix all of the “dough” ingredients together.
Step 3
Heat a large pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Take half of the mixture and try to create a flat, round base with your hands (don't worry if it isn't perfect as the mixture is quite sticky)
Step 5
Add the mixture to the pan and use a spatula or your fingers to spread it out more to create a round base.
Step 6
Cook for about 6 minutes, when you will be able to easily flip the dough.
Step 7
Flip and cook for another couple of minutes.
Step 8
Place on a baking tray and then add your tomato sauce, cheese, tomato and basil.
Step 9
Cook in the oven for about 12 minutes.
