No-jito (non alcoholic mojito)
I was having a mexican themed dinner night and wanted to have a non-alcoholic cocktail since my friends and I aren't big drinkers. It was so nice and refreshing, and easy to add a spirit if anyone in your group wanted an alcoholic version!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2-3 limes)
- A bunch of mint leaves
- Sparking water or soda water to fill
- Ice
Instructions
Step 1
Put the lime juice and mint in the bottom of the pitcher.
Step 2
Use a wooden spoon or any kind of long stick to muddle.
Step 3
Fill the rest of the pitcher with ice and sparkling water.
Step 4
Enjoy ice cold!
