Flavoured Iced Tea

We all know we should be drinking just water, but sometimes we really crave something else. Instead of reaching for soda, high sugar juices or cocktails, try this refreshing iced tea.

  • Happy tea
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Mint

Instructions

Step 1

In a large jug start to add your flavours...

Step 2

Pick one tea bag: I like personally like a lemony tea (I love teapigs happy uplifting tea), peppermint tea, camomile tea, rooibos tea, or green tea for a caffeine hit.

Step 3

Pick some additional flavours: a cut up apple adds sweetness, ginger, cinnamon, tum Eric or lemon are good anti inflammatory additions, mint adds a nice touch, or berries can add a fruity flavour.

Step 4

Boil some water and add it to the jug.

Step 5

Once the tea has cooled down, pop it in the fridge and enjoy cold!
