Preheat oven to 170c.

Mix together the melted butter, pumpkin purée, eggs, greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.

Slowly add in the almond flour, mixing to combine.

Add in the baking soda and spices and mix to combine.

Add to a loaf pan and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
